To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You agree to:

Keep your account information updated
Notify us of unauthorized account use
Log out at the end of each session

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

5. Payment and Billing

6. Refund Policy

Hosting services may be eligible for a refund within 24hrs of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard within 24hrs of purchase.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your services at any time through your client area or by contacting support. Services will remain active until the end of your billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate services immediately and without refund for any violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Data Backup

While ZoPRE.com may provide backup services for some hosting accounts, these backups are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for backing up your data and ensuring the integrity of your files.

9. Resource Usage Policy

Users on shared hosting must not exceed allocated resources such as CPU, RAM, and I/O. Activities that degrade server performance for others may result in suspension or termination. Cron jobs must be limited in frequency and must not overload the server.

10. Resellers and Affiliates

Resellers are responsible for supporting their own clients. Violations by your clients will be treated as violations by you. Affiliates must follow our program terms, and we reserve the right to withhold payment or terminate affiliate accounts found in breach.

11. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

We maintain a strict policy against any form of abuse, including hosting child pornography, engaging in hate speech, or illegal activities. Violations will lead to immediate termination of your services and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoPRE.com shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of data or files
Downtime or interruption of service
Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Security breaches or unauthorized access

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law
