"Service" includes all hosting, VPS, cloud, reseller, email, domain, and related services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, ordering, or using any ZoPRE.com service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with all related policies including Acceptable Use, Refund, and Privacy policies.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
3. Scope of Services
ZoPRE.com provides shared hosting, cloud hosting, domain-related services, email services, and other internet infrastructure solutions.
Service specifications, pricing, and limits are defined at the time of order and may change without prior notice.
4. Account Registration & Identity Verification
- Accurate and complete information is mandatory
- False or misleading details may result in termination
- ZoPRE may request identity verification at any time
- Multiple accounts to bypass restrictions are prohibited
5. Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not. ZoPRE.com is not liable for damages caused by weak passwords, compromised credentials, or third-party software vulnerabilities.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or mailing list abuse
- Malware, ransomware, phishing, hacking, brute-force attacks
- DDoS attacks or traffic flooding
- Pirated software, nulled scripts, cracked licenses
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Child exploitation material, hate speech, extremist content
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
7. Email & Messaging Policy
- Bulk or mass emailing is prohibited unless explicitly approved
- High bounce rates or spam complaints may lead to suspension
- ZoPRE may restrict SMTP ports or services to prevent abuse
8. Resource Usage & Fair Use
All hosting plans are subject to fair usage limits for CPU, RAM, disk I/O, inode usage, and concurrent processes.
- Excessive usage affecting server stability is prohibited
- Automated scripts and cron jobs must not overload servers
- Background daemons require prior approval
9. Billing, Payments & Renewals
- All services are billed in advance
- Invoices must be paid before the due date
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination
- ZoPRE is not responsible for missed renewal notices
Prices and renewal rates may change without notice.
10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud may result in immediate account suspension or termination. ZoPRE reserves the right to block future orders.
11. Refund Policy
- Refunds are limited to eligible services only
- Domains, licenses, setup fees are non-refundable
- Promotional and discounted plans are non-refundable
- Abuse-related suspensions void refund eligibility
12. Backups & Data Responsibility
Backups may be provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups.
ZoPRE.com shall not be liable for data loss under any circumstances.
13. Suspension & Termination
ZoPRE may suspend or terminate services without notice for:
- Terms or policy violations
- Abuse or DMCA complaints
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Infrastructure protection
14. Reseller Responsibility
Resellers are fully responsible for their clients. Client violations are treated as reseller violations.
15. Intellectual Property
All ZoPRE branding, systems, documentation, and content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of Liability
ZoPRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 30 days.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZoPRE.com from claims arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.
19. Force Majeure
ZoPRE shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, power failures, or network outages.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to ZoPRE.com's registered jurisdiction.
21. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
